Do what you love, love what you do! What are you passionate about?, YES you can do that, taking it from a hobby to a career + also make some money? Being happy is not just doing it for the money but for your: enjoyment, well-being, peace of mind, tranquility, etc. The act of giving and helping others creates a warm feeling inside most of us. The more you give to others, your gift, the greater your light, and happiness shines.


Is Yoga the path to happiness? Can it quell stress, ease anxiety, and elevate your mood? 50% of us worry about things that aren’t happening and understandably are less happy because of it. Only 30 Seconds or more of Diaphragmatic Breathing, can lower stress hormone, blood pressure, heart rate, increase oxygen and endorphins (happy hormones), etc. By focusing on your breathing during yoga, you keep your mind in the present moment on your current action.


Practice Present Moment Awareness. While breathing focus all your attention on the sounds and sensations of your breath. Example) notice the expansion and contraction of the rib cage, the rise and fall of your belly, air coming in and out of your nostrils, etc. Holding yoga poses for 5 breathes and building up to ~1/2 minutes or longer: decrease cortisol levels and increase testosterone (a confidence boosting hormone), for less anxiety and more self-assurance.

Relax and focus on essential happiness! Think your way to more happiness!
