If you dream it and visualize it, it can come true! Focus on the ‘One Thing’ – one main thing – leads to fulfilling your dreams! While the mind is at: rest, quiet, sleeping – dreams can come and go. Most people have ~3 to 5 dreams nightly while sleeping and they can each last ~20-30 minutes or less. Dreams do impact our behavior – well under the surface of conscious awareness.


A majority of Professional Athletes dream of playing Professionally from a very very early age (in childhood). It’s becomes so engrained in them – nothing can stop them from their dream. They basically focus on the one thing from childhood to adulthood and become masters of their craft early on. Ex) Alex Rodriguez, Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, Payton and Eli Manning, Pele, etc. They have such a firm belief / will to succeed – nothing was going to get in their way. I’m willing to bet that most of these athletes from a very young age meditated (found stillness), weather they knew it or not – which helped them fulfill their childhood dream. It was so much FUN playing that sport, it was not a struggle but a love for the game. They found Pleasure / Passion for their sport – the rest came easy. It was never work to them even into adulthood – it was and will always be FUN!


Dreams: Are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur usually involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. Contemplate the possibility of doing something or that something might be the case. Manifestations of our deepest desires and anxieties, often relating to repressed childhood memories or obsessions.
