What does it mean to have life? Bring about conscious change, a sense of something more, fully realize your human potential, etc. Life is a journey / process – if you are not enjoying the steps to get to your goal, it will be harder to reach and achieve that destination. You may have a clear idea of the direction you are headed but you’re running into obstacles. You may also be listening to an inner calling to explore what’s next in your life.

Other times, you may have to let go of what you have and are currently doing to reach new heights. Less is more. It takes a lot to sit with yourself and listen + to understand what makes you happy! Also, how do you do more of the things in your life that make you happy and bring you more joy? Try: meditation, yoga, a great run or bike outdoors, workout at the gym, etc. Explore where you want to go, what you want to do + what deeply matters to you.

To be alive is to be happy. You control how you feel. It’s all an inside job. Make time daily to do more of the things that make you happy. We all have ~30 hours of leisure time per week. Write down daily what you do each day, hour by hour (even more granular as needed) after each activity, keep a journal handy. Do this for one to two whole weeks, including the weekends. Than go over the data and see where your time is being or not being spent, including hours of sleep. Than, try planning out a schedule and time block for leisure time. It can and will be rude awaking where all the time goes daily.
