Nobody can truly master the art of basketball. Their is too much to learn, to much to do. The game is always changing and creativity is at it’s heart. Even if you spent a lifetime learning the moves of every artists, savant and genius that played the game, you’d then have to learn it all over again.

Mastering the craft of basketball consists not just of learning what the previous masters have done, but utilizing that knowledge to forge a new way forward. Their are so many different players, styles and an infinite number of possibilities. Their is no way one person can learn how to do everything on a basketball court.

Do you enter every season with a strategy for improving your previous efforts? Is your training program ever changing and constantly innovating? You have to really push yourself to understand why you’re doing it because you want to be Great! You want to be more successful on the court. You have to find a way to build a joy into it, into your craft, and that’s what it’s all about. It’s confidence, it’s practice, it’s pushing yourself to new limits and finding new and different ways to improve.
