8 Ways to Love Yourself!

  1. Let go of the negative thoughts and beliefs – they usually come from outside people.
  2. Avoid perfectionism – stop your current line of thinking, focus your efforts and apply that towards your goal.
  3. Eliminate your negative filter – it’s unlikely that everything is bad, don’t make events seems disproportionately unimportant.
  4. List your positive attributes and reflect on them daily – make your list very specific, 1 positive thing daily or more.
  5. Give yourself the gift of time – give your self time and permission to reflect on life (yourself).
  6. Do things that make you feel good – physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, etc.
  7. Breathe Deeply – begin with breathing slowly and deeply: conscious breathing, meditation, yoga, etc.
  8. Support yourself with positive affirmations: Dream Big, Work Hard (JJ Watt)
